On This Day…

On April 19, 1995, a truck-bomb explosion outside the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, left 168 people dead and hundreds more injured. Until September 11, 2001, the Oklahoma City bombing was the worst terrorist attack to take place on U.S. soil. (I intentionally left off the comments regarding who did this).

And, interesting that On this day in history, April 19, 1775, the American Revolution begins when the first shots are fired at the Battles of Lexington and Concord.
