A big thank you…
To all who have texted, emailed and called just to say they were thinking of me and praying for me today.
I consider myself blessed of the blessed for each and everyone of you and your love and concern. Before Cara passed away she was not afraid but worried about old Dad, that I'd be okay with her not here. I told her not to sorry because the Lord's love would be with me and He had blessed me with wonderful caring friends!
A sincere thank you as you have helped me each and every day.

The most secret place
This is a small excerpt from a message the Lord gave me to bring forth at Church Sunday, January 6th, 2013…The most secret place…being prepared for the days ahead
Perfect Love, Perfect Peace, Perfect Joy can only come about by perfect obedience. The positioning of ourselves in perfect alignment with the Father through Jesus. These attributes and position in Jesus are not some nice…would like to attain someday. No, they are and will be essential to and for our complete salvation and deliverance in the coming days (see Hebrews 9:28). And not just us but the protection and safety of those around us and under our tree of faith. Just as it was essential for Jesus to be made like his brethren in every respect, (see Hebrews 2:17), so it is essential that we be made like Him in every respect. Jesus, the author & finisher of our faith, the pioneer of our faith and salvation.
Are you covered or will you be found naked?
Are you prepared, or will you be found lacking?
Who are you dependent upon?

A good way to start the New year…
37;Who is there who speaks and it comes to pass, Unless the Lord has commanded it?38;Is it not from the mouth of the Most High That both good and ill go forth ?39;Why should any living mortal, or any man, Offer complaint in view of his sins?40;Let us examine and probe our ways, And let us return to the LORD.41;We lift up our heart and hands Toward God in heaven ;V. 40 with 2 Chronicles 7:14 and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.Per Deuteronomy 30:15,19 we have the power of choice each and every day to choose…life or death…blessing or curse…good or evil!I love the last part of v. 19 God says…So choose life in order that you may live, you and your descendants.Steve Y.

Happy birthday Ludwig! 1770-1827
Beethoven was probably born on December 16th, 1770. He was baptized on December 17th, 1770. Children at the time were usually baptized the day after their birth. We also know that Beethoven himself celebrated his birthday on December 16th.The last ten years of his life he was totally deaf.
Beethoven came to terms with his deafness in a dynamic, constructive way. In a letter to a physician friend, written five months after a despairing letter, it becomes clear that Beethoven, as always, stubborn, unyielding and struggling against destiny, saw his deafness as a challenge to be fought and overcome: -

Praying
This Scripture has really Ministered to me in light of the tragedy in Newtown…2 Cor. 1:3, 4 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
