Introducing our Band playing from 7:30-9:30-Encore & Rick Stitzel. Rick has been active in the field of jazz education for over 30 years. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of North Texas in Denton and has served as director of Jazz Studies at Tarrant County College South Campus in Ft. Worth for the past 22 years. He is an active performer on both trumpet and piano and has appeared with many name acts, including the Temptations, Frankie Valli, The Four Tops, The Supremes, Martha and the Vandellas, and The Temptations Review. Rick was also the orchestra leader at the Ft Worth Stock show and rodeo since 2010!!

Bocote and Ebony B&W scales w/ naval bronze, brass and stainless steel pin work. I aged and antiqued the 70-80 year old steel in an acid bath to bring out some really beautiful patterns in the blade.
This knife will be up for auction at one of the “Cara Young Fish for Life Tournaments later this month. You can check out their FB page for more details. It’s a great organization raising money to directly help children at Cooks Children Hospital in Fort Worth who are suffering from Cystic Fibrosis. When I say suffering, that’s exactly what I mean. There is no cure. Only treatment.. Find a charity that helps families directly and help however you can. It means more to them than you’ll ever know.
