Born in Salzburg, he showed prodigious ability from his earliest childhood.Born: January 27, 1756, Getreidegasse, Salzburg, AustriaDied: December 5, 1791, Vienna, AustriaMozart Statue–A Mozart monument stands in Salzburg, Mozart’s birthplace, which is 3m in height which has been there for over 150 years. The monument was made in 1842 by Ludwig Schwanthaler and was unveiled in the presence of Mozart’s sons.
Thankfully this statue is NOT located in Dallas or the illustrious Mayor and brilliant City Council would want it removed!

The Brazos Chamber Orchestra invites you to our 2017 Christmas Pops Concert. The evening will be filled with Christmas favorites for all ages. You will walk away with the Christmas spirit in your heart. Come, bring your family, friends and share the wonder of Christmas. This concert always fills up, so come early and get a good seat.
Concerts are free, but donations will be accepted at the concert.

Next Monday is our Fall concert! The BCO will change up its usual full orchestra instrumentation to feature the string section, percussion, and piano. Some of the titles are: Eleanor Rigby, Begin The Beguine, Hotel California, Take the “A” Train as well as fiddle and patriotic tunes! You won’t want to miss this event!
