Multi-Family Coming to Arlington

Cordish Cos. to develop multifamily in Arlington Entertainment District

May 19, 2022

ARLINGTON – The Cordish Cos. will develop One Rangers Way, a 300-unit multifamily complex at Nolan Ryan Expy. within its Arlington Entertainment District.

Designed by Hord Coplan Macht, the community will have one- and two-bedroom units, penthouses, a 423-space parking garage, and 43,000 sf of amenities.

Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, coworking space, indoor and outdoor lounges, and concierge services.

Construction is set to begin in fall 2022 and wrap up in 2024.
