  Before you start house hunting, make sure you’re preapproved! ✅ It shows sellers you’re serious, gives you a clear budget, and can even help you close faster. In a competitive market, having that pre-approval letter can make all the difference. How serious am I about this? I won’t show homes without it. Many buyers jump out and start looking, find a home they love, get the process started, and an accepted offer, then start the loan process, only to spend usually a minimum of $750-$1,000 out of pocket, only to find they can’t qualify. I care more about the expense you might be out than just finding you a home and getting you under contract!
